I would also accept a denial from Lenny that this or any similar e-mail was ever sent. If it was sent and disciplinary action was taken against the sender, that would be acceptable.

As to the wager itself, you were in a no-win position with an offshore sportsbook. Basically these guys have enough rules that they don't have to pay you if they don't want to.
This should clearly have been a "no action" play and should have been called such immediately upon discovery by Cascade. What they did, in effect, was take a "shot" at you, thinking I suppose that they would "teach you a lesson."
